Where do I board my cruise?
Hauraki Blue Cruises is located in the Hobson West Marina in Auckland's Viaduct Harbour.

Where can I park?
A limited amount of overnight parking is available at Princes Wharf Car Park for $17 - this is a saving of over 50% on the standard rate. Present your car park ticket when you check out and our crew will provide you with an exit ticket. Spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Other nearby parking options include the Downtown Car Park, Viaduct Car Park and Britomart Car Park, however please note that we are unable to provide exit tickets or rebates for these options.

Are there any passenger ability restrictions?
We welcome all passengers; however, please note that the ship contains staircases between each of the four decks and there is no lift or elevator on board. If you have limited mobility, please contact us to discuss your options. Due to health and safety regulations, our crew are not permitted to carry or lift passengers up or down staircases.

What do I need to bring with me?
We recommend that overnight cruise guests bring a small overnight bag containing swimwear, sunscreen, sun hat, a change of clothing, some warm layers and a camera. Please also prepare for island visits by checking these biosecurity requirements. We'll supply your swimming towels.

What facilities will my room have?
Your state room on board our cruise ship will have the following facilities: king size bed or two single beds with bed linen and pillows, full size ensuite bathroom with towels, face cloths and toiletries. There is an independent heat pump/air conditioning unit in all rooms.

What meals are included during my overnight cruise?
Afternoon - antipasto-style snack platter including cheese, crackers and fruit
Dinner - a three-course meal including entrée, main and dessert. Produce and wine sourced locally
Breakfast - a full cooked country and continental breakfast
Complimentary tea and coffee is available throughout your cruise. Please note bar charges are not included

How many other passengers will be on board my overnight cruise?
Your Hauraki Blue Cruise has 30 ocean view cabins, catering up to a maximum of 63 passengers overnight.

Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes, Hauraki Blue Cruises gift vouchers are available for lunch and overnight cruises and make an excellent gift. Contact us to arrange a cruise voucher.

Can I bring my own beverages on board?
Sorry, BYO is not available. Please see our beverage list to see what wines, beers and other beverages are available on board.
